Tara Valley specialises in the supply of high quality 100% Australian grass fed beef and veal, sourced from our farms located across Victoria. The tenderloin can be cut for either roasts or steaks. Lean and tender, with very little fat, this cut of beef is great for carpaccio, tartare, steaks, and whole roasts. The most tender cut on the cow.
