Secret recipe developed by Hong Kong local, the X.O. sauce contains selected local ingredients, and the famous Tai O salted fish. The product can be used as dipping sauce, especially for steamed rice roll and turnip cake.
Once opened, keep refrigerated. Please reuse glass bottle.
