The White Lotus Seeds are obtained by removing the outer shell while it is still fresh, remove the inner membrane, then take the core out and dry it.
Suitable for making dessert along with lily bulb, rock sugar and dried longan meat.
Soak the White Lotus Seed in water for an hour or above; rinse and it is ready for cooking.
