Product Description
Also known as Morning Glory. It is commonely grown in subtropical regions. Water Spinach has a distinct taste and crunchy texture.
It is a popular ingredient in Asian cuisines, stir fry with fermented bean curd and red chili, or with shrimp paste and garlic, if you prefer light diet, simply boil the vegetables and serve with sauce of your choice or lime juice on the side.
Please store in fridge and consume within 1-2 days.
Cooking tips: Soak the water spinach in water for around 45 minutes, then rinse with running water before chopping, this will help preserve nutrients.
