Urbanlicious HK presents one of our signature dishes – Sous Vide Marinated Soy Sauce “Organic” Chicken. The fragrance of soy sauce, mixed with tender “organic” chicken and the aroma of “Rose” wine, making it an enticing dish.
Using organic chicken, freshly slaughtered each morning, which usually costs 3-4 times more than ordinary chilled chicken. The slow cooking method also makes the meat more delicious and tender, while retaining its original flavor and freshness.
Storage Method: Store at -18℃ or below.
To serve: Transfer from the refrigerator freezer (below zero) to the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator (above zero) 8 hours before serving. Pour 2 L of water into a pot and bring to boil. Turn off the heat. Soak the defrosted chicken in the vacuum bag into the boiling water for 20 minutes. It is ready to serve with the Soy Sauce attached..
