Macabeo Macapo grapes are generally used to make moderately acidic, young white wines, which are usually less alcoholic and acidic, suitable for tasting at a young age, but also have a certain 80-year-old potential.
The wines produced by Macabeo Macapo exude a rich white fruit (apple and pear) aroma and jasmine aroma, which is refreshing and elegant. Clean and clear, slightly metallic. The entrance is fresh and full, with moderate acidity.
Suitable for seafood and salads, or soft cheeses.
