Solo Polpa “ONLY PULP” Olive Oil CASA RINALDI (Italy)
"Solo Polpa" means in Italian only fruit. This rich oil is obtained from carefully selected Nocellara del Belice olives. The harvest takes place in the 2nd week of October by handlese. The olives are gutted without damaging their meat. The strictly controlled pressing takes place at the lowest temperature. This oil has an intense golden yellow color. Its light fragrance is floral and spicy. In the taste fine and very creamy. Ideal as a final touch to all dishes.
