COW UNSMOKED SCAMORZA CHEESE
Made in the same way as mozzarella and from our trusted south-italian producer, this delicately flavoured cow's milk cheese is aged for a few days, which produces a pleasant texture that is firmer than mozzarella. Serve it as you would mozzarella, sliced thinly with a good extra virgin olive oil and freshly cracked pepper and torn basil leaves. There may be slight variation of +/-10% in product weight as it is prepared and cut by hand.
