With their long and small body, the bodies of silver fish are transparent when alive and after drying, appear milky white. Great when freshly served, frozen or sun-dried as dried silver fish. Those with complete body, white as silver, transparent and bright, sweet taste are of the best quality.
Perfect for steaming or stir-frying.
- Dried silver fish are to be soaked in water for 15 minutes (depending on size). Rinse and ready for cooking.
