Product Description
A leafy green, red (purple), or white (pale green) vegetable crop with dense-leaved head. A very good source of manganese, dietary fiber, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. It is also rich in various vitamins including vitamin C, B6, A, K, and E. Suitable for stir-fry, poach, or as a salad.
