Pecorino Romano (Italy)
A stunning sheep's milk cheese originally from Lazio, pecorino is well known for having the sharpest "bite" of all the hard-grating Italian cheese. Our cheese made by the best Italian cheesemakers, certainly lives up to that reputation. This is the cheese to turn to whenever you want a sharper flavour in your cooking - it's especially good in spaghetti cacio e pepe. There may be slight variation of +/-10% in product weight as it is prepared and cut by hand.
