Morning Glory - White (HK Organic)
Morning Glory, also known as water spinach, has a distinct taste and crunchy texture. It is rich in protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, vitamin A and vitamin C. It is a popular ingredient in Asian cuisines, stir fry with fermented bean curd and red chili, or with shrimp paste and garlic, if you prefer light diet, simply boil the vegetables and serve with sauce on the side.
Cooking tips: Soak the water spinach in water for around 45 minutes, then rinse with running water before chopping, this will help preserve nutrients.
