Monge bread is Eric Kayser’s signature. Named after the location of the first Eric Kayser’s bakery in Paris on Rue Monge, a natural slow fermentation wheat flour baguette made with natural liquid leaven, a touch of toasted corn flour for the colour and a little yeast.
Please consume within one day. Tastier if you warm the bread in the oven for 1-2 minutes
