Wellington Apiary began in Hobart in Tasmania. The honey is not heated at any stage of extraction or bottling, ensuring all the natural goodness remains. The honey produced is ochre yellow with a spicy, distinctive taste that is uniquely tasmanian. This honey retains its flavour when used in cooking - its a perfect flavour for pannecotta, delicious accompanying a cheese platter, on hot buttered crumpets, or just by the spoonful.
