Kampot Pepper is a premium pepper that is cultivated only in Cambodia for more than millennia. Red pepper is a fully ripened berry that stays mature on the vine. Red pepper is hand-picked, sorted and dried under the sun. It has a unique flavour with a touch of sweetness, while at the same time providing an incredible spice that heats up the flavour of the dishes. Red pepper is less common and considered more premium than the black pepper. Red pepper develops a complex and flavorful taste and suits any dish.
