Kamei Chickens were developed jointly by the University of Hong Kong (Kadoorie Agricultural Research Institute), and produced by local registered farm. They have tender and tasty meat, low fat content, are rich in collagen, and free of added antibiotics and harmful chemicals. Storage: Can store for 2-4 days in 2-4°C fridge or 4-6 months in -18°C freezer.
