Health Care Soup - Reduce Blood Pressure B (HK) - CHILLED
Ingredients: chayote, water chestnuts, fresh lily bulb, carrots, corn silk
Benefit: Strengthens the spleen, burns fat and keeps your body fit, reduces blood pressure, reduces liver fire, lowers blood pressure. Benefits people with overweight problem.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar.
