Health Care Soup - Reduce Blood Pressure A (HK) - CHILLED
Ingredients: yam, Herba dendrobii, fresh lily bulb, fresh lotus seeds, fresh euryale ferox, snow fungus
Benefit: Helps reducing vascular resistance, increases blood flow in the coronary arteries and brain, reduces myocardial oxygen consumption, thereby reducing blood pressure. Maintains the supply and demand balance of oxygen.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients, soak snow fungus in warm water for 1 hour and remove the dark part on the bottom. Put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar. Add snow fungus half hour before done.
(Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
