Health Care Soup - For Beauty & Yin Nourishing (HK) - CHILLED
Ingredients: Indian coconuts, Smallanthus sonchifolius, fresh lily bulb, carrots, chestnuts
Benefit: Spleen strengthening, good for kidneys, regulates blood sugar, nourishes skin, removes cold dampness, invigorates the yang, strengthening muscle, and helps to improve heat coughing, skin allergy and hyperchlorhydria.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2 hours.
(Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
