Instruction: Wash all ingredients, squash the green olives flat, put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, cook for 1.5 hours and add some crystal sugar.
(Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)
