Instruction: Wash all ingredients, squash the African mini coconuts, Nephrolepiscordifolia(L.)Presl and green olive flat. Put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, add 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 1.5 hours.
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
