Health Care Soup - Body Strengthening & Prevents Cold (HK) - CHILLED
Ingredients: Indian coconut, chayote, carrots, sweet corn, chestnuts, dried figs, sweet apricot kernels
Benefit: Relieves cough, nourishes the lungs, good for kidneys, nourishes yin, strengthens the spleen, works up an appetite. Rich in fiber, improves immune system and prevent colds and flu.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
for soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meats, add 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2 hours.
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
