Health Care Soup - Allergic Rhinitis Fighting (HK) - CHILLED
Ingredients: Stone horseshoes, Lodoicea maldivica, fresh lily bulb, sweet/bitter apricot kernels
Benefit: Helps to improve allergic rhinitis, nose bleeding, dry throat, and nourishes yin, relieves cough and heatiness.
Instruction: Wash all ingredients, cut each stone horseshoe to 2 pieces, put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water,
Soup with meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 3 hours;
Soup without meats, add 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours.
(Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)
