EasiYo is so simple to make, just follow the three step process and you'll have fresh, delicious yogurt at home. Easiyo is made in New Zealand with no stabilisers, artifical ingredients and GM (genetically modified). It is also wheat & gluten free. Easiyo Yogurt is so simple to make at home, just follow the 3 step process using our Yogurt Maker and you will have fresh and delicious yogurt at home. One pack of yogurt mix can made up to 1kg of yogurt. It is made with no artifical colours, flavours and preservatives. Our Greek Style Low Fat Unsweetened Yogurt powder 170g contains high quality milk powder and freeze dried lactic cultures. Please note that this product has no added sugar, it is only natural milk sugar (lactose).
How to make :
1.Half fill jar with 500ml of cold drinking water (15-20°C). Add contents of sachet, securely put on lid and shake well. Add more water to the fill line and shake again.
2. Push the red plastic spacer right down into the Yogurt Maker (Check the correct side is facing up) and pour boiling water to the top of the spacer ONLY.
3. Place jar inside the Yogurt Maker. The boiling water will rise part-way up the sides of the jar and twist the lid. Leave for at least 13 hours-18 hours or until set (up to 24 hours is fine).
4. Remove jar and store in fridge (4 °C). Made-up yogurt can be keep in the fridge for up to 14 days.
TIPS FOR YOGURT PERFECTION:
If the yogurt has not set in 13 hours-18 hours, leave jar in the Yogurt Maker for a few more hours. You can leave the yogurt setting for up to 24 hours without any harmful effects. Do not add any more boiling water.
Do not refrigerate the Yogurt before it has completely set. Yogurt will last up to 14 days in the fridge.
Cleaning your Yogurt Maker:
Just wipe the yogurt maker with a damp cloth- DO NOT immerse it underwater. Always clean the yogurt jar and lid thoroughly between use.
