Bought from "Fung Shing Wonton King" (鳳城雲吞皇), a Wanchai noodle and dumpling specialist since 1988. Fishballs are prepared and made by Mr. Leung at 5 a.m. everyday, following a hand-me-down recipe that doesn't have any preservatives or MSGs. 13-18 balls, perfect for adding to hotpot, or a steaming bowl of soup noodle.
