Bought from "Fung Shing Wonton King" (鳳城雲吞皇), a Wanchai noodle and dumpling specialist since 1988. Fried fish cakes are prepared and made by Mr. Leung at 5 a.m. everyday, following a hand-me-down recipe that doesn't have any preservatives or MSGs. Around 13-15 pcs.
