Product Description
Pompano is silvery in body color with reaping-hook-like yellow fins. It requires a roomy enviroment and clear water to grow. It is common culture specie at local marine fish culture zones like Cheung Sha Wan and Lo Tik Wans, Its meat is soft, delicious and easily digested. Thus, it is suitable for frequent consumption for all ages. Moreover, the meat contains essential nutrients like fatty acid, calcium and other minerals.
