Ingredients: Japanese dried small scallop, Japanese shittake mushroom, Dried lotus seed, Dried lily bulb, Dried cordyceps flower, Dried snow fungus With candied date, dried citrus peel Benefits: Good for kidneys, liver strengthening, nourishes skin, helps lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, Improve immunity, conditioning after illness, also helps reduce phlegm, detoxification, anti-tumor and anti-aging. Instruction: Soak dried scallop & shittake mushroom in warm water for half hour, wash other ingredients & put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water, add meats(briefly blanch meat in boiling wate r for a minute to remove the odd taste,blood water and impurities.), 2 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours, add salt for seasoning.
