Dried shrimps are made by removing shells of fresh sea shrimps and drying them. Has a bright yellowish red color. Dry and heavy with tender meat, sweet taste and strong aroma.
Perfect for adding to congee, stir fry with bean thread noodles.
- Soak the dried shrimps in water for around half an hour (depending on size), rinse with water. Ready for cooking.
