Product Description
Cooking Instructions: Defrost for minimum 12 hours in the fridge. Remove from the packing, leaving on the baking paper and let it on room temperature for at least 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 210℃ and brush pastry with egg yolk. Place the Wellington onto the preheated baking tray and cook for: Rare (3成熟): 17-22 minutes Medium(5成熟): 25-27 minutes Well Done(全熟): 28-35 minutes Remove from the oven and rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. (Suitable for Airfryer Cooking)
