Ingredients: Winter Melon, Lotus leaf, Carrot, Sweet corn, Cordyceps flower

Instruction: Wash all ingredients & put in the pot, add 12 bowls of water,
for soup with meats(briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a min to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), add 4 pieces candied date & 2 pieces dried citrus peel and cook for 2 and half hours;
for soup without meats, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar.
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
