Tomato, Australian potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, cashew nuts

Instruction: Wash all ingredients,
for soup with meat, add 4 pieces of candied date and 2 pieces of dried citrus peel, cook for 2.5 hours;
for soup without meat, cook for 2 hours and add some crystal sugar.
Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup
