Each Italian ham is enhanced with spices and brine, massaged into a distinct oval shape, then steam-cooked for 18 to 22 hours, resulting in a pleasantly pink, perfect leg of ham. Taste it to add a salty bite to a variety of dishes and snacks, such as sandwiches, pizza, frittatas or savory rolls. There may be slight variation of +/-10% in product weight as it is prepared and cut by hand.
