Ceylon Spinach, also known as Malabar spinach, is an excellent source of vitamin A, C, folate, calcium, dietary fibre and iron. Its calcium content is approximately two to three times more than that of spinach.
Recommended for boiling, cooking in soup and stir-frying with ginger and garlic.
