Product Description
Butterhead receives its name from the sweet buttery flavour and delicate texture of the large, ruffled outer leaves. Cutting into the lettuce reveals a soft, folded, and balanced heart. Boston lettuce is a well known Butterhead type, featuring soft and smooth, light-green leaves and big heads. Rich in folate, vitamin A, C, E-a and K and other minerals, such as Calcium and phosphorus etc.
