Recommended eating method:
[ Chinese Style Soup ]
Chinese yam, wolfberry, Sea Conch and lean meat soup
1. Boil a pot of water first, and boil the lean meat.
2. After the water boils, add snail head, dried yam, lean meat, yuzhu and tangerine peel, and boil for 15 minutes.
3. Turn to low heat and cook for another 1 and a half hours. Finally, add the wolfberry, season with salt and serve.
- If you like [ FRY ] *
1. First soak the Sea Conch for 15-20 minutes, then cut into slices.
2. Add chopped garlic, chopped green onion, and chopped ginger into the pot and fry lightly.
3. Then add Sea Conch, onions and green peppers, stir-fry for a few minutes and then add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and soy sauce.
- Two more flavors are added [ Hot Pot / SASHIMI ] *
1. Soak the snail meat for 15-20 minutes, then slice it,
2. Put it into hot pot 10 seconds and it will be delicious. (No need for 2 Step if sashimi style!)
3. "Add lightly dipped in Japanese soy sauce and wasabi to bring out sweetness form the Sea Conch!
