Bucatini Pasta CASA RINALDI (Italy)
Pasta “Bucatinini” is similar to spaghetti, but differs in that the products have a hole that passes through the center. These spaghetti are made from durum wheat. The length is 25-30 cm, and the width is 3 mm. Made from flour of durum wheat, Italian pasta has low calorie content, but it is rich in proteins, fiber, vitamins B1 and E. In the production of Casa Rinaldi Pasta Bucatini, only bronze spinnerets are used that give the desired paste the porosity and roughness necessary to better absorb the oil and sauce. This quality of paste can not be achieved in huge industrial production.
