Ingredients: Dried octopus, Dried oyster, Daikon, Carrot, Dried Figs, Cashew nut, Black date With candied date, dried citrus peel Benefits: Invigorating qi, enriching the blood, nourishing yin, reduce the body heat, strengthens the spleen & stomach, works up an appetite, anti-inflammatory, can reduce the body's absorption of fat and cholesterol. Instruction: Soak dried octopus & dried oyster in warm water for half hour, wash other ingredients & put all ingredients in the pot, add 15 bowls of water, add meats(briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), 2 pieces of candied dates, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours, add salt for seasoning.
