Product Description
Bell pepper comes in different colors, including red, yellow, green and orange. Green peppers are the unripe state of red peppers. It is strongly flavored, being vegetal, acidic and with a slight bitterness. Bell peppers are suitable for both cooking or be eaten raw. Raw bell peper offers a crispy texture and has a melty textured once cooked.
