Baby Choi Sum (HK ORGANIC)
Baby Choi sum / Baby Choy sum is very popular in Southern China. As a special produce in Guangdong province, this leafy vegetable is sweet and tender. It is rich in vitamin B, C, carotene (pro-vitamin A) and dietary fibre, also an excellent source of potassium and folic acid.
- Stir fry with meat slices (optional), garlic and ginger for a cripy texture. Steaming the vegetable will give a sweeter taste and a tender texture.
- An autumn/winter produce. Available between October and April.
- Please consume within 3 - 4 days and store in fridge at 5 - 8°C.
- Harvest on the day of delivery.
