Spanish Pork Skewers

Take a bite of the juicy pork skewer, the meaty juice blended with the chili spices. Perfect for appetizers or main course.

From Your Kitchen
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Metal or bamboo Skewer

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Lemon Wedges, for serving


Cooking Directions
  1. Mix all spices, garlic, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl and then pour over the pork cubes.
  2. Marinate the pork with the spice mixture at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Once marinated, place the pork cube on the skewer. (if using bamboo skewer, soak in water for 5 mins to avoid burning)
  4. Grill over high heat until browned on the outside and just cooked through.
  5. Rest the skewers for 5 mins and serve with lemon wedges.
