Mexican-spiced Grilled Pork Chop

The spicy, garlicky cumin and paprika rub is the best flavour one can have for a deliciously tender pork chop.

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Cayenne Powder

  • 3 Bone-in Pork Chop
  • ⅛ tsp Cumin
  • ¼ Smoked Paprika
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, diced

Cooking Directions
  1. Generously season both sides of the pork chop with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, cumin, cayenne powder, and paprika.
  3. Rub each side of the pork chops with about ¼ teaspoon of the mixture on each side. Then, lightly brush both sides of the pork with olive oil.
  4. Set grill to medium high heat. Cook first side of pork covered, for about 3 mins. Flip over and cook uncovered another 3-4 mins, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 135-140°F (57-60°C), or until no longer pink.
  5. Remove the pork from the grill and transfer to a clean plate. Serve immediately.
